Powering the Redmi Note 15 5G is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 platform, a processor introduced quietly in September. While it occupies the mid-range segment, its internal makeup closely mirrors that of higher-tier chips, suggesting Redmi is aiming for balanced performance rather than headline-grabbing benchmarks.


At the silicon level, the chipset combines four Cortex A78 performance cores running up to 2.4GHz with four efficiency-focused Cortex A55 cores capped at 1.8GHz, alongside an Adreno 710 graphics unit. Redmi claims the setup is designed to maintain smooth operation over extended use, with noticeable gains in both processing and graphical workloads compared to earlier solutions.
